1. Who is eligible to apply as a member of ATOPCON?
Town Planning firm in Nigeria with complete documents (CAC & firm’s TOPREC certificate) and a principal partner with post 5 years RTP experience is eligible to apply.
3. How much is the Application form?
ATOPCON application form costs Twenty Thousand Naira Only. The payment can be made with bank draft, cheque or cash to the Association’s account, and evidence of payment should be attached to the form during submission.
5. Who can be my Corroborator?
A corroborator must be a Principal/Managing Partner of a firm registered with ATOPCON.
7. When will new firm be inaugurated?
New member firms are inaugurated during our major programs which is Professional Development Workshop and Annual General Meeting. The formal comes up during the first quarter of the year, while the later comes at the third quarter of the year. Hence, firm inauguration depends on when the application form is submitted, evaluated and approved.
2. How do I apply as ATOPCON member?
To apply as a member firm, the application form needs to be obtained (via downloading online or from the secretariat), filled correctly and submitted to the secretariat with supporting documents

6. How will my applications be evaluated?
Following the submission of the application form, it will be thoroughly screened to ensure that the form is correctly filled and all relevant documents are attached. After the screening stage, the management will set up a committee for assessment of office space before the application is tendered to the council for approval or rejection.
